Personal data will not be used for any purpose other than that indicated. Amicorp has a Data Protection Officer who is responsible for supervising data protection compliance and who can be contacted at the following email address: <a href=\"mailto:privacy@amicorp.com\">privacy@amicorp.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Whistleblowers shall be entitled to the protection measures established by Law 2\/2023, unless the communications have been rejected. Communications submitted will be subject to an admissibility analysis within 10 business days of their registration.<\/p>\n<p>Acts of retaliation, including threats and attempts at retaliation, against those who submit a communication in accordance with Law 2\/2023 are prohibited.
