José Ignacio Tramuns brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, with a proven track record across valuation, investment management, structured finance, and advisory services.

He has held senior leadership positions including Head of Valuations at Savills-AN; Chief Investment Officer, Real Estate at Sabadell Asset Management, Sociedad Gestora de Instituciones de Inversión Colectiva (“SGIIC”); Board Member and Audit Committee Member at Lazora, Sociedad de Inversión Inmobiliaria (“SII”); and Head of Structured Real Estate Finance within the Corporate & Investment Banking division at Banco Sabadell.

Over the course of his career, Tramuns has successfully executed more than 300 real estate transactions and managed portfolios exceeding exceeding EUR 12 billion in assets under management.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an MBA from ESADE Business School. He is certified by the European Financial Planning Association (“EFPA”) with the European Financial Advisor (“EFA”) designation and has completed Level I of both the Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (“CAIA”) programs.

Tramuns currently serves as Director of the Executive Program in Real Estate Finance & Investment at the Barcelona Finance School. He is fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
